A Dramatic Modern House Renovation in only 5months
The transformation of this remarkable home is spectacular. After just five months of remodeling, the house was officially move-in ready. This was a typical spanish ’80s building which needing a rehab. While retaining the basic footprint, the pair modernized their residence and opened it to the views. The living room previously had little relationship to the outdoors; this was remedied by open up the windows with large sliding windows. New kitchen, new bathrooms, natural stone tiltins inside and out. Shutters and the whole house got new paint.
